Company Secretary is a compliance officer of the company who is expert in corporate laws, securities laws and capital market and corporate governance. Being a corporate planner and a strategic manager, a Company Secretary is responsible for all regulatory compliances of the company .A qualified CS can either be employed by a company or can start his/her own practice.

Both graduates and post graduates will have to clear Foundation exams to be eligible for CS Executive. Exams will be conducted in the month of May, July, November and January. The following subjects are included:
